In addition to letting your property and managing pre-tenancy agreements, this service provides support with some of the essential financial and administrative duties, such as rent collection, deposit protection, a compliance service and tenancy agreements and tenant referencing.
Fee: 10% + VAT
Our comprehensive management service will take away the trouble and inconvenience often created by the day-to-day management of a tenancy.
As well as letting the property, we take on the responsibility for every element of property management, making the process stress free and ensuring a good working relationship with your tenants.
We arrange everything from tenant referencing and tenancy agreements to rental collection and deposits protection, insurance and compliance requirements, professional cleaning, property inspections, out of hours emergency contact and much more.
Fee: 12% + VAT
We will market and let your property and manage the pre-tenancy agreement process on your behalf, including tenant referencing, tenancy agreements, deposit protection, an insurance and compliance requirements service, inventory and check-in and pre-tenancy cleaning services.
Fee: 8% + VAT
